1. Provide satisfactory accommodation in compliance with EICC standard.
2. Furnished with full facilities & basic equipment in the hostel.
3. Provide security guards to ensure the safeness of the living quarter.
4. Provide warden to monitor and ensure hostel always in good and proper condition.
5. Monitoring all the hostel bill payments including electricity, water, garbage,maintenance and others
6. Conduct schedule audit to make sure everything is fine.
